In Germany, 1,850 hospitals require 70 million meal portions annually (5–7 €/meal). In addition, there are 37 million canteen visits per week. In the school meals sector, we reach around 60,000 students per week through the Knappschaft. This highlights the strong potential for healthy and fast food in educational institutions.
